Why is Man Greens the best for men?
MG contains full doses, of organic ingredients. Most supplements hide their ingredients in a blend or a complex, and don't include a full dose in each serving. MG is one of the few companies, possibly the only greens supplement, that does this.

What are adaptogens and why are they important?
Adaptogens are a classification of plant that help mitigate our body's response to stress, namely by lowering the levels of the hormone cortisol.
This can have a positive impact on male hormones because cortisol opposes testosterone, but also being chronically stressed can have negative impacts on overall health and well-being.
Can I take more than one serving per day?
We included a full daily dose of every ingredient in every serving.
So, you're getting your full value in each serving. There's no added benefit of adding another serving to your routine, no matter how much you love MG, it'll just make your piss more expensive, as they say. You're getting all of the possible benefits you can get from a single serving, there's no need to double dose on a daily basis.
Why is MG more expensive than some other options?
While we're far from being the most expensive greens powder, we believe we have the most value per serving.
Other companies will hide their doses in blends or complexes, meaning you won't get enough of an ingredient to have a benefit. For example, we include 5GRAMS of spirulina (organic) in every serving, other companies don't tell you how much they include simply because it's an expensive - but beneficial ingredient to take. To have an effect, you need that 5 grams per serving, otherwise it's just in the supplement to be on the label and not to actually help you.
When is the best time to take Man Greens and how much is a single serving?
Take MG whenever you'll form the habit. I, personally, take it around noon for a mid-day energy boost. But most guys prefer it with breakfast, because it's the best time to create the habit of taking it daily, which is most important.
