Great product only drawback for me personally was 3 capsules a night started to feel really sluggish during the day. Went down 1 o 2 and cycled and worked better
I've heard of people doing 1 or 2, others doing 3. It seems to be a personal thing. I take 3, and feel great the next day, but my buddy takes 2, because 3 is too much for him. I hope people read this, you can play around with the dosage, glad you did, and that it's helping you sleep! Thanks for picking it up. - Chad
I really like Man Sleep for helping me to get to sleep quickly and more soundly. I have only had to take two at a time when I needed some extra help to get to sleep, but normally I only take one a night. Also great is that I don't wake up groggy if I am unable to sleep for a full 8 hours. The one hard thing about Man Sleep is the taste (and smell)!! I know why it's called "Man Sleep" and not "Woman Sleep" because you need to be able to "Sack Up" and do what needs to be done, while pushing your comfort level (or control your gag reflex)!
Taking it before going to sleep, in the first 10 days I could not feel a difference in my sleep quality, but now it starts to work and I have more uninterrupted sleep hours.
Great to hear Hans, thanks for sticking with it. Sleep is so important, glad Man Sleep is helping you get a full, deep sleep.
I just got Man Sleep a couple of weeks ago, I've noticed just an easier time falling and staying asleep overall. Not in a knocked out way like a pharma pill, just a gentle nudge that helps get a good overall rested feeling.
That's how it should work! Glad to hear it's helping.
I have noticed that I fall asleep faster and don’t wake up as often during the night. Man sleep and man boost is a great combo to take before bed. Starting to feel the diff in the morning after about a week. Appreciate this company looking out for our testosterone and what makes us a man and our health. We have to fight for it these days and these products are a great weapon to have on your side.
