6 Ways To Boost Libido

Your sex drive is an important facet of who you are. As men, to some extent, we internally define ourselves by aspects of our drive. Our virility, desirability, and performance all factor into how we feel about ourselves as men. 

That’s why in this article, I’m going to give you 6 ways to boost your libido. 

Some of them are easier than others (and honestly, I think the last one is the fastest working and most effective because it combines a couple on the list). So keep reading, put them into practice and restore and maintain a healthy sex drive.

Maca is a root vegetable that’s been used by ancient cultures to boost fertility and sex drive for men. In another study from the University of Chicago conducted on young, healthy men, testosterone levels were decreased by 10 to 15 percent after a week of sleep restriction to five hours per night.

Being too tired for sex the leading reason reported by individuals or couples who have lost interest in sex. Plus, a 2015 study from the University of Michigan Medical School found the longer individuals slept, the more interested in sex they were the following day. 

So the bottom line is to prioritize sleep, improve sleep quality and you’ll enhance your libido.
