Benefits

Man Greens is formulated to help men thrive, with full doses of organic ingredients that support testosterone, stress, energy, immunity, libido, and overall health.

The ingredients in Man Greens work together to give men what they need to be at their best, day in and day out.

Hormone Support

One study found Tongkat Ali gave improvements in cortisol (stress) (-16%), and testosterone (+37%). Another study found a 46% increase in total testosterone levels. [15][17][18]

For KSM-66 Ashwagandha, a double-blind placebo controlled study found a reduction in stress (cortisol) of 27%. Another study showed a ~17% boost in testosterone, with a ~36% increase in luteinizing hormone (LH), suggesting that ashwagandha stimulates testosterone production at the brain level.[1][2][16]

The addition of forskolin (increases androgen receptors) and white button mushrooms, for estrogen balance, and maca for libido, provide the full support for male hormones, and symptoms of low testosterone.

Immunity & Energy

Research shows that supplementation with spirulina can:

Improve the cholesterol profile, Increase strength, lower blood pressure, reduce systemic inflammation, and more. [3][11]

Moringa is a nutrient dense superfood that supports energy and immunity. [29][30]

Beet root supports blood flow by increasing nitri oxide production.

Man Greens provides total male support, from health to hormones, from energy to stress. All in one single scoop.

Most supplements are weak or loaded with junk. I created MITA so you can feel the difference: more energy, stronger hormones, better results.

I always loved the idea of a greens supplement. This notion of ushering in full, bioavailable amounts of superfoods that you just don’t find in the grocery store, in a single scoop. But that’s not what was out there. Instead, I found small amounts of the effective ingredients, and supplements that had estrogenic ingredients. So, I created Man Greens to actually do what a greens supplement should do, improve health, vitality while helping your male hormones thrive. It’s the best. I don’t go a day without taking it.”

What's the best way to take Man Greens?

How you take Man Greens by MITA Nutra is really up to you. When do you want a boost in stimulant-free energy? Which is an immediate effect of Man Greens. Personally, I take it daily in the afternoon after my workout to get energy for afternoon work sessions, and to help with recovery. But a lot of guys take it in the morning with their first meal, which is technically the most effective time to take Maca, one of the ingredients in ManGreens. Either way, just add a scoop to water or a shake, and enjoy.

How much does Man Greens Cost?

Because ManGreens uses full clinically effective doses in every single serving, and we only use organic ingredients, and we choose the best ingredients for men, we’re a little more expensive than other greens powders (but not all). That said, if a greens powder uses a proprietary blend to hide their doses, you know there’s something fishy going on. Plus, most greens powders don’t use full doses of their ingredients, and instead pack dozens of ingredients into their supplement at less than effective doses, making them all useless. With ManGreens we’re a high quality supplement that costs between $59.95 and $79.95 depending on which option you choose. However, you also know you’re getting the right ingredients in effective doses, which is sadly rare in supplements, not just greens powders.

Man Greens vs Athletic Greens

One of the reasons we created Man Greens was because so many greens powders were using proprietary blends to hide the doses they use for their ingredients. To be effective (to provide the benefit that an ingredient can provide) an ingredient needs a full clinically effective dose. That just wasn’t out there. So we made ManGreens with full doses of the best ingredients for men, men’s health, immunity, and testosterone levels. If you see a proprietary blend or a blend of any kind on any supplement, move on, there are better options out there that actually help.

Should I 'cycle off' Man Greens?

Giving yourself a break from any supplement isn't a bad idea just to maintain optimal absorption, it's the same with food. There's no reason to 'cycle off' Man Greens, though. You can take it consistently and enjoy the benefits.
