Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Ohio, USA, within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Autoship / Subscription Orders
For subscription and autoship orders, you will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge and shipment. This gives you the opportunity to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders ship via standard carriers from Ohio. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped from Ohio, USA. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing in your country. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
Important Notes
  • Shipping times begin once your order has been processed (after the 1–2 business day window).
  • During peak periods or carrier delays, slight delays may occur. We will notify you if we expect any significant delay.
  • All tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
