What is Man Greens?

Man Greens is an organic greens powder formulated for men. Each scoop combines superfoods (spirulina, moringa, beet root) with adaptogens and botanicals studied in men (KSM-66 ashwagandha, tongkat ali, maca, Coleus forskohlii) and white button mushroom. Every dose is printed on the label. It's made by MITA Nutra, a men's supplement company founded in 2019 by Chad Howse, author of The Man Diet.

Is Man Greens third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested by an ISO 17025 accredited lab for potency, purity and contaminants. The most recent Certificate of Analysis is for Lot R266-01, tested by Labs-Mart in February 2026. Does Man Greens raise testosterone?

Man Greens contains tongkat ali, KSM-66 ashwagandha and Coleus forskohlii, ingredients that have been studied for healthy testosterone levels in men.* Those studies tested the individual ingredients, not Man Greens itself, and results vary from person to person. If you think you have low testosterone, get bloodwork and talk to your doctor. A supplement isn't a diagnosis or a treatment.

Is Man Greens a replacement for TRT or medication?

How do I take Man Greens?

Who should not take Man Greens?
