This book was eye-opening for me. Taught me so much about how I should eat as a man. Much different than I thought.
I feel better eating on the Man Diet than anything else I've done.
I would recommend the actual product but for some reason I got charge a shipping fee for a digital product (ebook) which I did email about but no response yet.
