I have been taking Man Greens and Man Boost for a while and I love it. I just started adding Man Brain and I love the triple combo. Everyday the first thing I do is wake up and drink the greens and take boost. Its the perfect morning routine and I start feeling alive in 5 minutes. I take brain after I eat my first meal. Highly recommend.

My journey with Chad Howe Fitness/MITA began in early 2019 with my first purchase Man Greens. At the time, the current greens powder I was using (Athletic Greens) was out of stock, so I was in need of a replacement. When I began using Man Greens, I immediately noticed a change in my energy levels, especially during the mid day when I drank it. I didn't feel as tired and was able to "power through" the end of my day better. My current usage was a single serving everyday. Going into 2020, the single serving wasn't doing it for me, so I decided to double the scoops. At the same time, I started my subscription of the the Alpha Stack. The most noticeable difference when beginning Alpha Stack was not only the increased energy levels, but I noticed the gains from my workouts lasted longer than normal in between sessions. For example, if I worked out hard on Monday and waited until next Monday to lift again, all that progress would be gone. However, introducing Alpha Stack has allowed me to sustain my gains longer if I unfortunately I have to miss my workouts (not saying it's an excuse to not work out haha). In 2021, I started to double up on my servings for Alpha Stack (ManBoost and ManBrain; I was already doing double on Man Greens) and I have to say that the results have been great. I rarely get sick and even when I feel like I'm about to, the feeling goes away within a day. Another noticeable observation is random moments of morning wood. What's even more surprising is I work night shift and even when I end my shift in the morning. I'm getting that "extras boost". I've recently added Man Mojo and ManShrooms to my rotation. With all the viruses and illnesses going on, these Mita Nutra supplements are definitely a man's cheat code to better maximal health (including working out and eating healthy as well). I've been taking separate vitamin D3 supplement prior to Mita Nutra, so I'm covered there. -Most greens powders don't support the the basic building block of men's health and so that's why I love Man Greens. -ManBrain definitely works on keep you sharp and getting rid of brain fog -Man Boost and Man Mojo are excellent at naturally building up testosterone production and improving men's health overall. **Since this review covers multiple products/stacks, I'm going to past it under the same items**
