Organic Tongkat Ali 200mg
Boosts Testosterone in men
Helps reduce stress hormones
Supports estrogen balance
Boosts libido*

Research
Clinical measurements showed that Tongkat Ali supplementation increases energy and levels of free testosterone in most subjects, which translates to an improved quality of life and sexual health in terms of both desire and activity.… (39)
According to studies, Tongkat Ali boosts desire, stamina and endurance. A review of studies published in the Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines found a “remarkable association” between Tongkat Ali and sexual performance…
Calling it an “adaptogen of male sexual health.”
Another 2012 study from Malaysia tested the effects of Tongkat Ali or placebo on 109 men ages 30-55 years old… using the Quality of Life questionnaire and Sexual Well-Being tests.
At the end of the study, the Tongkat Ali group had higher scores in the overall Erectile Function domain questionnaire…
Sexual performance increased 14%, sperm motility increased 44.4%, and semen volume increased 18.2%. (40)
Another research team was so impressed with the results from Tongkat Ali… and how it proved to be a natural aphrodisiac and energy booster… that they ran it through another test.
In this study, men aged 40-65 years old were given questionnaires that aimed to evaluate erectile function, satisfaction, sexual intercourse performance, erectile hardness, mood, and overall quality of life…
The results showed those who were given Tongkat Ali saw significant improvements in their desire to initiate sex, improved blood flow and feeling overall happier and healthier. (41)

Organic Ashwagandha 500mg
Helps lower stress hormones*
Nutritiously dense
Supports Testosterone in men*

Research
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, a term coined by Russian scientists to describe a herb that helps the body regain hormonal and psychological homeostasis – ie. it helps reduce stress. Studies have also shown this adaptogen's effects on helping boost test levels in men.
In two different studies ashwagandha was shown to help reduce cortisol levels by 27% and 33% respectively. Cortisol is a stress hormone. When your cortisol levels are high you’re going to have trouble sleeping, but you’re also going to use more protein for fuel than fat.
When we look directly at how Ashwagandha affects male test levels, one study showed a 17% boost in serum test levels (a pretty incredible increase from a single ingredient), with a 36% increase in luteinizing hormone, leading researchers to believe that Ashwagandha can help stimulate testosterone production at the brain level, which is powerful, seeing as this is where the entire process of male hormone health begins.

Organic Spirulina 5g
Rich in antioxidants that support longevity
Source of beta-carotene + iron
Supports immunity*

Research
IMPROVES HEALTH + ONE OF NATURE’S MOST COMPLETE SOURCES OF VITAL NUTRIENTS
You can get a lot of nutrients from a few ingredients that aren’t common in any diet on the planet.
Spirulina is at the top of this list. It’s a powerful blue-green algae considered one of nature’s most complete sources of important and vital nutrients.
Source of antioxidants.
Source of beta-carotene, a provitamin A to help maintain eyesight, skin, membranes and immune function.
Source of Iron which helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function.
Source of essential amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis.
Source of protein which helps build and repair body tissues.
Spirulina is one of the most important ingredients you can have in a greens supplement. It’s rich in minerals, protein, essential fatty acids, and beta-carotene.

Organic Moringa 1g
Supports health and energy*
High in potassium, calcium, vitamin A, protein, and vitamin C
Rich in antioxidants that support longevity

Research
Very high in potassium, calcium, vitamin A, protein, and vitamin C, Moringa is a powerful tree that has been used in India for centuries to maintain health and energy. It contains all of the potent antioxidants you need to maintain and repair cells, to stay healthy and vibrant.
It’s a multivitamin on its own and a necessary addition to a good greens supplement.

Organic Maca 1.5g
Promotes a sense of well-being*
Boosts libido*
Mitigates stress
Nutritiously dense

Research
Maca has a long and rich history in ancient Peru where it was used by the Incans to help improve overall mood and well-being.
Since being re-discovered by German scientists studying ‘lost Incan herbs’, it’s been more widely studied and shown to:
Help to improve emotional aspects of sexual health
Maca has been often associated as a natural hormone healthy booster due to the actual feeling of the effects in the body, however, has not been studied or shown to directly impact test levels. Sexual function and a sense of wellbeing are important enough, you don't have to push it as something it isn't, which we are not doing.
With sexual function and libido being so closely linked to testosterone, and low testosterone often lowering a man’s libido and sex drive, you’d think that with its ability to support emotional aspects of sexual health, maca would also help improve testosterone in men, but it doesn’t.
It’s often marketed as a magical testosterone booster because you can feel it working, but that’s not what it does. Sexual function and a sense of wellbeing are important enough, you don’t have to push it as something it isn’t, which we are not doing.

Organic Foskohlii 250mg
Increases androgen receptors
Increases cAMP levels in the body
May help with heart function & asthma*

Research
Forskolin is a rare supplement that you’ll almost never find in conventional ‘testosterone boosters’, but it’s one of the most potent there is because of what it does with androgen receptors in the body.
Forskolin increases cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels. cAMP is a messenger that transports biological signals between cells and hormones. Thus, increasing cAMP levels should increase the sensitivity, amount, and activity of hormones in the body, with one study showing an increase of 33% in obese men. 3

Organic White Button Mushroom 1g
Balances estrogen levels
Nutritiously dense
Increases fighter T cells supporting immune response

Research
Supports immunity while blocking estrogen
Organic White Button Mushrooms are an impressive superfood that help block aromatase (the conversion of testosterone to estrogen)[28][29], while being filled with nutrients like vitamin D,[30] which increases free T levels (the form of the hormone that actually works), and B12, which is rarely found in foods outside of animals.
They're also incredibly rich in antioxidants,[31] and contain beta glucan which stimulates the immune system and kicks it into action ready to fight intruders [32][33]. On top of that, white button mushrooms, through their ergothioneine content, may help remove arterial plaque, improving heart health. [34][35] This makes these potent mushrooms a must-add to any greens product focusing on men's health and performance.

Organic Beet Root 1g
Supports cardiovascular health
Aids in recovery
May improve endurance performance*

Research
Beets are the blood flow superfood. Packed with nitratines that help increase blood flow – which is vital for athletic performance. The more you consume nitratines the more nitric oxide is released into your blood, which lowers the oxygen demand of exercise and improves performance in endurance sports and aid in workout recovery.
No blending, no funny business. Just 100% fully effective doses of proven ingredients to help men perform better, for longer.

I created Man Greens to help guys thrive with...
more Energy, optimal Hormones, and better Health.
I always loved the idea of a greens supplement. This notion of ushering in full, bioavailable amounts of superfoods that you just don’t find in the grocery store, in a single scoop. But that’s not what was out there. Instead, I found small amounts of the effective ingredients, and supplements that had estrogenic ingredients. So, I created Man Greens to actually do what a greens supplement should do, improve health, vitality while helping your male hormones thrive. It’s the best. I don’t go a day without taking it.”
Chad Howse, founder of MITA Nutra
3Drink that bad boy up and enjoy the calming, energy you feel from the only greens formulated for men's health and hormones with fully effective doses of proven ingredients.
Enjoy the bevy once a day for best results.
We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. So, give them a try risk-free for 60 days. If you don't love them, reach out and we'll get you a refund, no questions asked.
How you take Man Greens by MITA Nutra is really up to you. When do you want a boost in stimulant-free energy? Which is an immediate effect of Man Greens. Personally, I take it daily in the afternoon after my workout to get energy for afternoon work sessions, and to help with recovery. But a lot of guys take it in the morning with their first meal, which is technically the most effective time to take Maca, one of the ingredients in ManGreens. Either way, just add a scoop to water or a shake, and enjoy.
Because ManGreens uses full clinically effective doses in every single serving, and we only use organic ingredients, and we choose the best ingredients for men, we’re a little more expensive than other greens powders (but not all). That said, if a greens powder uses a proprietary blend to hide their doses, you know there’s something fishy going on. Plus, most greens powders don’t use full doses of their ingredients, and instead pack dozens of ingredients into their supplement at less than effective doses, making them all useless. With ManGreens we’re a high quality supplement that costs between $59.95 and $79.95 depending on which option you choose. However, you also know you’re getting the right ingredients in effective doses, which is sadly rare in supplements, not just greens powders.
One of the reasons we created Man Greens was because so many greens powders were using proprietary blends to hide the doses they use for their ingredients. To be effective (to provide the benefit that an ingredient can provide) an ingredient needs a full clinically effective dose. That just wasn’t out there. So we made ManGreens with full doses of the best ingredients for men, men’s health, immunity, and testosterone levels. If you see a proprietary blend or a blend of any kind on any supplement, move on, there are better options out there that actually help.
Giving yourself a break from any supplement isn't a bad idea just to maintain optimal absorption, it's the same with food. There's no reason to 'cycle off' Man Greens, though. You can take it consistently and enjoy the benefits.
