Boost Immunity With Resveratrol

Boost Immunity With Resveratrol

When it comes to boosting your immune system, there are more effective ways to do it than just taking more vitamin C (though that should definitely be a part of your daily routine). And with coronavirus going around, I think men are waking up to just how important it is to start taking immunity seriously, for the sake of longevity, our families, and being able to leave a meaningful mark on the world. That’s why today I’m going to fill you in on an ingredient called resveratrol that’s been overlooked but is actually a powerhouse for the immune system. With that said, “the more, the better” doesn’t apply when it comes to resveratrol. In fact, studies show that consuming too much resveratrol creates “Immune Cell Havoc” in the body. But that’s why it’s so important to read until the end, because in a moment I’m going to show you how you can get your hands on the most potent, yet reasonable dose of resveratrol into your diet in just seconds per day. Plus, it’s 100x more absorbable than regular resveratrol, which means you can trust you’ll unlock all the benefits I mention in this article and more.

How Resveratrol Boosts Immunity

Resveratrol is chock full of antioxidants, specifically polyphenols — which are present in several kinds of berries. It’s antioxidant-heavy content is one of the main reasons why resveratrol is such a powerful immunity booster. If you didn’t know already, there’s a group of molecules in the body called, “free radicals.” As you age, or get stressed, or experience inflammation, free radicals initiate a process in the body called “oxidative stress.” When this happens, cells in the body — including immune cells — become damaged, which makes them weak and unable to protect your body against invading viruses. But according to a study published in The Proceedings of the Nutrition Society, by boosting the amount of antioxidants present in the body, and thereby reducing oxidative stress, you’ll improve immune system function as well. According to another study published in International Reviews of Immunology, the anti-inflammatory effects of resveratrol can improve how effectively immune cells prevent viruses from entering the body, plus their ability to target and eliminate viruses that DO breach the “frontlines of defense” into the body. The study revealed resveratrol does this by activating immunity cells — particularly T-cells and a group of molecules called “Natural Killers.” T-cells help the body respond to viruses by controlling and regulating immune responses and by attacking infected cells. Natural Killer cells bind to virus-infected cells and kill them by injecting a protein called perforin that contains and eliminates them. (study) Another group of studies from Duke University Medical School found resveratrol boosts immunity by binding to and activating an anti-aging protein called sirtuins. The doctors involved in the study go so far as to say resveratrol “modifies the effects of sirtuins” so they perform better. Sirtuins play an active role in keeping cells healthy and “young” while also enhancing the power of T-cells and suppressing inflammation that would otherwise compromise the immune system. Even more, another impressive feature of resveratrol is it won’t only improve immune cell responses to defend your body against viruses like the common cold, flu or COVID-19, but a study published in Biotechnology Letters found it can also improve your immune system if you have an immune disorder. But with that said, the same study also found that resveratrol is very difficult for your body to absorb, which means that doing things like eating more berries and red grapes or drinking a glass of red wine each night isn’t going to give you the most powerful immunity boost as you’d probably like in times like these with coronavirus going around, and all year for that matter. In fact, the doctors from the Duke University study I mentioned earlier say, “Dosages necessary to produce these effects in humans are likely impossible to obtain exclusively through diet, but could realistically be obtained through supplementation.” The good news is, in a moment, I’ll tell you where you can get the most absorbable form of resveratrol so you can expect all the benefits I mentioned above. But first, let’s take a look at the key takeaways.

Key Takeaways

There are hundreds of studies showing a direct link between resveratrol and the immune system. And even though I didn’t go into anywhere near as many as I could have, there’s still a lot of information in the few studies that I shared with you above. Here are the key takeaways: ✔ Resveratrol contains immune-boosting polyphenols and enhances sirtuin performance to fight aging and the ravages of viruses in the body… ✔ It increases T-cell and Natural Killer cell strength and alertness in the body to defend against and eliminate common and novel viruses like COVID-19… ✔ Studies show it’s likely impossible to get the amount of resveratrol you need to get these benefits just by eating more resveratrol-dense foods. Instead, you need a highly absorbable resveratrol supplement (and I’ll tell you where to get one in the next section)...

Now What?

Based on all of these studies, adding resveratrol supplementation to your diet is one of the best things you can do to boost immune health and performance, which is especially important in times like these with coronavirus going around. But really, it should be an all-year long priority. That’s why I’ve added the most potent and absorbable form of resveratrol into my immunity and testosterone boosting supplement, Man Boost. The form of resveratrol inside Man Boost is called resveratrol vesisorb. It’s 100x more absorbable than regular resveratrol which means when you take it, you can expect the immunity results I mentioned above (plus all the other benefits of potent resveratrol like higher testosterone, lower estrogen, a sharp mind and overall “younger” energy.) You should know that normally, the price to get your hands on this kind of resveratrol is almost $100. But you won’t spend anything near that for Man Boost. So if you consider yourself to be a wise spender who cares about optimizing his health, don’t go anywhere before taking a look for yourself. Check out Man Boost by clicking HERE. You’ll be glad you did,
