Boost Testosterone With Ashwagandha - Nature's TRT
Nov 14, 2019
Men all over the world are flocking to their doctors demanding a testosterone-replacement-therapy (TRT) prescription. The reasons actually make sense. Our testosterone levels are lower than at any point in our history, and the decline is becoming scary. The effects of low testosterone may already be affecting you, in low libido, increased body fat, an inability to build muscle, even increases in heart disease and depression as well as a decreased appetite for risk-taking. But, is TRT the best course of action, and is there a better, less destructive alternative in nature? It looks like there is…
While TRT eventually stops your body from producing testosterone on its own, and also increases the estrogen flowing throughout your body, there is a herb in the Indian mountains that can have similar benefits without the drawbacks. In fact, it has greater benefits than any pill or injection western medicine has produced. Which is also why those in western medicine don’t want you to hear about this powder.
New Research on Nature’s TRT, Ashwagandha
This 8-week study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition tested 57 healthy men between the ages of 18 – 64. The men were given 650 mg of ashwagandha every day for 8 weeks.
Researchers found a significant 18.7% increase in testosterone. The subjects also saw increases in muscle mass and fat loss.
.
In this study, researchers gave healthy men 650 mg of Ashwagandha KSM-66 every day for 90 days. The men in the study experienced an average of a 17% increase in testosterone levels. Incredible.
.
In this human case study, 18 healthy volunteers (12 males) aged 18 – 30 were given ashwagandha every day for 30 days. These men showed a significant increase in strength and HDL/LDL cholesterol ratios, while also a decrease in body fat.
.
In multiple studies ashwagandha has also been proven to lower stress, and not just the feeling of stress or reported stress, but the cortisol levels that arise because of stress. (Study 1, Study 2, Study 3)
Cortisol lowers testosterone in men, it turns your body’s energy system into one that consumes proteins for fuel instead of fats. It’s linked to all kinds of diseases, from cancers to heart issues, and ashwagandha is one of nature’s best natural ingredients at lowering cortisol.
